Head of Key Account Management

What you'll need:

  • 2+ year of work experience as Head of B2B Account management team in IT or/and Igaming industry

  • Fluent English - both spoken and written

  • Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals

  • Analytical mindset

  • Highly developed social and communication skills

  • Ability to cope with a high-pace, complex and changing environment

  • Strong drive for achieving and exceeding targets

  • Desire to learn and to research

  • To work as a team member

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Jira/CRM/Google

  • Additional language (except English and Russian)

What you'll do:

  • Manage, assess and coach a team of Account Managers via field support if necessary

  • Identified improvement opportunities and defined the processes to achieve them

  • Monitor the indicators of its teams and of the restaurant parks managed to improve their satisfaction and their KPIs

  • Supporting changes in tools, ensuring that processes and working methods are implemented in a coherent and efficient manner: collaborating with other teams, leading projects, etc.

  • Participate in the construction of a lasting relationship with the assigned restaurant park by being an ambassador

  • Share with other managers the good practices implemented in his team in order to improve and align communications and practices

  • Sharing feedback and statistics to the rest of the teams by monitoring the competition, partners, trends to improve the restaurant and customer experience in their sector.

  • Act as the main point of contact and develop a trusted advisor relationship with existing customers

  • Ensure games launch, marketing and promotional activities across brands

  • Problem resolution of technical/management/financial/business issues on a regular basis

  • Attend and represent the company at events and exhibitions
