Preparation of reports on the HR direction (staffing, turnover, selection and hiring of personnel, effectiveness of personnel management, etc.);
Analysis of HR metrics and building forecasts based on data;
Conducting and analyzing research in the HR direction (loyalty, involvement, satisfaction, emotional burnout of staff, etc.);
Cooperation with HR partners to monitor the effectiveness of adopted HR practices and make recommendations for their improvement;
Offering new directions in HR analytics in the company, as well as ways to automate the collection and consolidation of primary data.
-Knowledge of statistics;
-Experience as an analyst;
-Advanced level of Excel knowledge (complex formulas, working with arrays, pivot tables, Power Query, etc.);
-Knowledge of the stages of data analysis, processing, systematization and interpretation;
-Analytical and critical thinking, attention to detail, perseverance.
Will be a plus:
-Completed higher mathematical, technical, economic education;
-Knowledge of Power BI, RStudio;
-Desire to grow and develop in the direction of HR analytics.
