We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in management, data analysis, and programming. In our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing predictive models and algorithms in a variety of sports. You will lead a team of experienced data scientists and work closely with cross-functional teams to support product development initiatives. Your focus will be on the impact of these models on the final product and its value to the business. You will be responsible for communicating your findings and maintaining existing models. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of business value, and expertise in programming languages such as Python/Golang.

Responsibilities:
Lead a team of experienced data scientists
Design, develop and implement algorithms and predictive models for sports events
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development initiatives
Upgrade and maintain existing models
Communicate and present findings to stakeholders

Requirements:
2+ years of experience leading and managing data science teams
Strong understanding of business value and impact
Proficiency in Python/Golang
Experience with model development for sports events (football, basketball, etc.)

Desirable candidate's experience:
Experience with building models for different sports events (football, basketball, csgo, dota2, fortnite, etc)
Experience with Golang
