Business Development Manager

You’ll be working on selling marketing and creative solutions, sponsorship packages, in-game integrations and advanced analytics in the world of Esports.

Our clients are well-known global and Ukrainian brands with which we created numerous projects that we are proud of and are developing.

We are actively expanding and are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our team.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Attracting new clients of A-level business (large companies and holdings)
  • Development of a partner network and ensuring sales growth
  • Be able to influence customers decisions and make upsells
  • Holding meetings and presentations with potential partners
  • Conducting negotiations and creating commercial offers
  • Keeping records of work that was performed in the CRM system
  • Participate in brainstorming with the team to build sales strategies, generate new ideas and approaches, etc
  • Cross-functional interaction with other departments on work issues

Skills we value:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales
  • Have a clients' database in well-known brands (FMCG, Gaming goods manufacturers, Fintech etc.)
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relations with clients and partners to drive sales and identify growth opportunities
  • Knowledge of key indicators in sales and marketing
  • The ability to lead a long cycle of deals and build trusting partnerships relationships
  • Experience in closing successful deals from $30k
  • The ability to determine customer’s needs and work with objections
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Advanced level of English
  • Understanding of Esports/Gaming area will be a plus
