- Establishing and nurturing long-term partnerships.
- Negotiating and finalizing collaboration terms.
- Organizing technical integrations of providers' products.
- Managing and optimizing promotional activities from game providers.
- Advising clients on utilizing promotional materials.
- Ensuring compliance with agreements and commitments.
- Responding promptly to client inquiries and requests.
- Providing tailored solutions and resolving issues efficiently.
- Supporting the sales of promotional campaigns to clients.
- Effectively presenting the benefits of promos to ensure client engagement.
- Implementing and adapting CRM systems to meet company needs.
- Preparing reports for leadership on key performance indicators.
- Structuring and building a high-performing team.
- Recruiting, training, and developing team members.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, partnership management or project management (experience in the iGaming industry is a strong plus).
- Strong negotiation and client management skills.
- Technical proficiency to handle integrations.
- Experience with CRM implementation and reporting.
- A problem solver proactive approach;
- Initiative and readiness to drive the department’s growth.
- B1-B2 in English.
