Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and nurturing long-term partnerships.
  • Negotiating and finalizing collaboration terms.
  • Organizing technical integrations of providers' products.
  • Managing and optimizing promotional activities from game providers.
  • Advising clients on utilizing promotional materials.
  • Ensuring compliance with agreements and commitments.
  • Responding promptly to client inquiries and requests.
  • Providing tailored solutions and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Supporting the sales of promotional campaigns to clients.
  • Effectively presenting the benefits of promos to ensure client engagement.
  • Implementing and adapting CRM systems to meet company needs.
  • Preparing reports for leadership on key performance indicators.
  • Structuring and building a high-performing team.
  • Recruiting, training, and developing team members.


Requirements:

  • 1+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, partnership management or project management (experience in the iGaming industry is a strong plus).
  • Strong negotiation and client management skills.
  • Technical proficiency to handle integrations.
  • Experience with CRM implementation and reporting.
  • A problem solver proactive approach;
  • Initiative and readiness to drive the department’s growth.
  • B1-B2 in English.
