Quality Control Manager (Turkish language)

Evoplay is a Ukrainian IT product company operating in international markets. We are rapidly growing and focused on creating high-quality products, solutions, and services in the field of information technology.

With the expansion of our team, we are looking for a Quality Control Manager (Turkish language) to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating communications handled by operators (chats, calls, emails);
  • Writing and editing articles for the knowledge base;
  • Monitoring service quality in online chats;
  • Providing feedback and conducting individual training for operators regarding identified mistakes.

Requirements:

  • High proficiency in Turkish (B2+), English (B2+), and Ukrainian;
  • Empathy and a desire to help others;
  • Attention to detail, stress resilience, and responsibility;
  • Preferably, experience in a call center, quality assessment, or personnel training.

  • Work schedule: 5/2 from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM;
