With the expansion of our team, we are looking for a Quality Control Manager (Turkish language) to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Evaluating communications handled by operators (chats, calls, emails);
- Writing and editing articles for the knowledge base;
- Monitoring service quality in online chats;
- Providing feedback and conducting individual training for operators regarding identified mistakes.
Requirements:
- High proficiency in Turkish (B2+), English (B2+), and Ukrainian;
- Empathy and a desire to help others;
- Attention to detail, stress resilience, and responsibility;
- Preferably, experience in a call center, quality assessment, or personnel training.
