International Chat Operator (KZ)

We currently have an open position for a Customer Support Operator with proficiency in Kazakh language.

This specialist works in the User Support Department of the company's contact center and is responsible for remote interaction with users.

Requirements:
  • High proficiency in spoken and written Kazakh language (B2).
  • Computer skills at the level of a confident user.
  • Ability to work with large amounts of information and willingness to learn.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Patience.

📍 Responsibilities:

Interaction with users:

Providing expert consultation on technical and financial aspects of products using communication channels such as online chat, email and phone.

Collaboration with other company departments:

- Forwarding requests to resolve technical and financial user difficulties, receiving feedback for further user information.
- Reporting identified issues or errors on supported resources.

📆 Schedule:

Shift work schedule: 2/2/2.
2 day shifts (11:00-23:00 GMT+6), 2 days off, 2 night shifts (23:00-11:00 GMT+6).
*Working hours are specified in Kazakh time, the capital's time zone (Astana).
