HR Expert

HR Expert is responsible for collaborating with business leaders and HR business partners to identify HR gaps, analyze them, and drive the design and implementation of innovative HR solutions that align with the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Competency Models:
Oversee the company’s model of competencies to make sure it is used consistently through different processes and tools. Is responsible for ensuring that this model is up to date and goes in line with company’s culture, values and strategy.
  1. Core HR processes:
    • Collaborate with business leaders and HR business partners to understand the company's strategic objectives, identifying HR gaps and opportunities for improvement.
    • Conduct in-depth analyses of HR processes, policies, and practices to identify areas for enhancement or transformation.Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in HR.
    • Develop innovative HR solutions that address identified gaps and align with the company's strategic objectives. Drive standardization in the execution of HR policies and processes.
    • Ownership of global people practices linked to employee journey, ensuring their adoption on a company level, tracking key metrics, preparing all materials needed to support managers and HR team to follow the process successfully and gain a maximum benefit out of it.
  1. Assessment and Development practices:
    • Ownership of assessment and development tools such as 360 Degree Feedback, Individual Development Plan, Mentoring.
    • Searching for the market best practices, available solutions and external providers to work with, ensures contracts are signed and obligations of both sides are fulfilled. 
    • Ensuring experts on site are equipped with the necessary tools, materials and knowledge to deliver assessment and development opportunities to internal clients (employees and managers).  
  2. HR team development
    • Conducting consultations, seminars on development and knowledge sharing for the HR team.
    • Supervising HR team’s knowledge of company politics and procedures on HR related matters.
    • Supporting the internal HR Club community in selecting the most relevant topics and organizing internal events to share knowledge and support ongoing dialogue among HR team members.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR with a strong background in strategic HR initiatives and solution development.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset and proficiency in HR analytics.
  • Advanced English level (strong B2 or C1)
  • MC Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Confluence, Jira
